A young adult opens a link on their phone. No app. No account. No barrier. They're talking to something that responds like a mentor, not a machine — one that listens, asks the right questions, and connects them to real resources. All at 11pm on a Tuesday, when most of us are unavailable.
When a conversation signals something deeper — a young person in crisis — it doesn't hesitate. It connects them immediately to real people and real help.
