I build AI that works for people, not the other way around.
I've spent my career leading technical teams in AI and data strategy — and volunteering in the community that once gave so much to me.
My favorite part of any role is the coaching. Helping people grow into their potential — whether that's a Sales Engineering team I'm scaling through a 3x revenue sprint, a teen learning mindfulness tools for the first time, or an immigrant building confidence in a new language. The context changes. The instinct doesn't.
I think a lot about the balance between technology and the human experience. I'm a registered yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. I believe deeply in disconnecting — in journals, art, books, the things that break the digital dopamine loop and tap into real creativity. So when I build with AI, I build it to serve human connection, not replace it.
I studied journalism and creative writing at CU Boulder — which is a strange background for someone who builds AI agents, until you realize that the whole job is understanding what people actually need and finding the clearest way to meet them there.

Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering · Fullstory
Led and scaled the Solutions Engineering team through a 3x revenue sprint ($40M to $140M ARR). Subject Matter Expert for AI Ecosystems & Integrations — built the AI Data Activations methodology, designed internal AI agents, and drove GTM strategy for AI capabilities. Coached the team to close marquee enterprise accounts in the Enterprise 100 in the US, and globally in the LATAM region. President's Club five consecutive years: 2021–2026.

Solutions Engineer · SurveyMonkey
Built the SMB Sales Engineering practice from scratch as the first SMB SE. Technical product expert for 25 Account Executives. Led the Diversity, Inclusion and Impact Group for the New York office.

Business Development Lead · Usabilla
Generated approximately $6M in pipeline. Hired, onboarded, and trained BDRs. Usabilla was a Voice of Customer platform acquired by SurveyMonkey during my tenure.
